I’m not sure how to use the equipment. Can you help?

We make a point to walk you through proper operation of the equipment when we give it to you. However, we understand this can be complicated stuff… so we’re available to talk you through set up as much as possible, over the phone. If you’re still having difficulty, we can send a technician to your location for a fee.

This equipment isn’t working right! What do I do?

If you’re pretty sure there’s something wrong with the equipment, we’ll be happy to do whatever it takes to get you working equipment in a timely manner. Call us – 888.785.0808 – if you’re having trouble.

I broke it/I lost it/It fell in the river!

Uh oh. Don’t need to worry, though – we’ve dealt with this before. We’ll keep your deposit on hand and work internally and through our vendor network to repair or replace the equipment. We’ll offset the cost with your deposit, and return surplus monies, if any.
I found a package that’s almost perfect. Can I customize it?

Of course you can! Our packages are simply popular collections of gear. However, every event is unique and presents specific requirements. Feel free to contact us to discuss customizing one of our rental packages.

 

Do you guys install car stereos?

No.

 

 

Can you help set up my home stereo?

I’m sure we could do something slamming for you. However, with our hourly rate – you’re better off calling geek squad.
